1) Log in with your Sandbox Commerce credentials and proceed to the 'My Account' section

2) Select the 'Store Information' section in the left hand menu

3) Ensure the the dropdown is highlighting 'BigCommerce'. If the dropdown is already highlighting your platform, proceed to step 4.

4) Select the 'Visit BigCommerce to Re-Install App' button.

5) You will be redirected to a BigCommerce page that prompts you to login. Select 'Log in to Existing BigCommerce store'.

5) You will be immediately redirected back to Sandbox Commerce, Select 'OK' and proceed to log in with your existing Sandbox Commerce credentials.

6) After logging back in with your existing Sandbox Commerce credentials; your BigCommerce store and Sandbox App Builder will be back in perfect harmony.
